On 1st July, 2022, more than 100 new sales management trainees joined KingAgroot. After seven days of induction training, these trainees carried out a 31-day (from July 8th to August 8th) field training in the rice planting areas in the Yangtze River region (namely Hunan, Hubei, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Zhejiang and Anhui Province), which was highly expected by the company.
As the most important part of KingAgroot’s “Eyas Plan” for sales management trainees, this field training was aimed to assist these trainees to quickly consolidate knowledge and strengthen skills by combining training with practice, and better incorporate KingAgroot’s corporate culture into their daily work.
During the field training, practical training of various tasks was conducted under the guidance of business tutors. including information collection from large-scale farmers, field inspection & herbicide application recommendations, in-store sales promotion, finding demonstration fields and organizing farmer meetings, etc.
On Aug. 9-11, after all sales management trainees returned to KingAgroot Innovation Center, a comprehensive and systematic review of the field training was carried out. By doing this, these trainees accumulated experiences and improved their personal abilities. Their growth and progress during the field training were clearly showed from both task completion and behavior change. Indeed, the rapid growth of new sales personnel is crucial to the rapid development of KingAgroot’s business. Therefore, this field training is a giant leap for the career development of each sales management trainee, also one small firm step for the future business development of KingAgroot.
On Aug. 28, the sales management trainees set off for the next-stage field training in the wheat planting areas. We are expecting their wonderful performance!
